Meet Aaron

Attorney Aaron Tomczak attended Saint Bonaventure for his undergraduate studies in Business Administration. Upon graduating, Aaron began working in the capacity of an account representative as well as a managerial position for a regional transportation company. He later assisted in developing successful operations in the Western New York market for said company.



Being passionately interested in both business and law, Aaron returned to Duquesne University where he graduated with a Masters in Business Administration while also earning his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law, graduating Cum Laude.


Aaron firmly believes that each client's needs are separate and unique from one another. As such, Aaron prides himself on taking the time necessary to thoroughly prepare and analyze each client's need, arriving at a comprehensive solution.


Aaron continues to be passionate in the area of Business Law, teaching Business Law I, Business Law II, Marketing and Operation Management at Point Park University.


Aaron is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, American Bar Association, the Allegheny and Washington County Bar Associations and the Federal Court; Western District of Pennsylvania. Aaron also received the Reader's Choice Award for best attorney in the West Hills.

Meet Lynn

Since 1998, Lynn R. Emerson, Esq. has managed BusinessLegal a law firm which focuses on the personal and business needs of individuals, business owners, nonprofit organizations, corporations and their corporate shareholders, officers and directors. Attorney Emerson’s practice encompasses everything from determining the right form of business and writing contracts, to planning for succession of the business, and protecting its intellectual property.


Ms. Emerson is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, has an Industrial Engineering undergraduate degree, a Masters degree in Business Administration and a Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law.


She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Florida,


 the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States.



Attorney Emerson speaks regularly on the legal aspects of starting a business for the SBA’s SCORE (Service Corps of Retired Executives) program and the Work Certified Academy.
